If you are not completely satisfied with your new sunglasses, you may return your authentic wildOrbs sunglasses within 14 days from the original delivery date. All returns must include merchandise and original packaging in new and saleable condition. Saleable condition means that you are returning all the above items in the exact condition in which you received these items.

Please note that shipping charges are not refunded.

For domestic returns, wildOrbs will provide a return shipping label, FREE of Charge.

Once wildOrbs receives and processes your return, we will credit your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
