We believe in our products and back them up with our two year warranty. This covers all authentic wildOrbs Non-RX (Non-Prescription) sunglasses, against any manufacturer defects. wildOrbs will replace or repair, at our discretion, products determined by wildOrbs to have any manufacturer defect.

This warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, scratched or broken lenses, accidental damage, or any other issues determined by wildOrbs not to be defects in workmanship or materials.

wildOrbs reserves the right to request photo documentation and may request that any defective products be returned.

In the case that wildOrbs determines any damages are not covered by our two year warranty. We understand accidents happen and still have your back! All authentic products will be eligible for our wild MVP discount replacement plan with 50% off the retail (MSRP) price for a period of two years following the original purchase date.
